FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1.) How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at support@insfired.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed.

The handling fee also will be charged as 10% of the product price for item cancellations.

 

2.) How do I track my order?

You can just click on Track Your Order on top of Insfired page, enter your tracking number and email address then press Track to check your order status.

 

3.) When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been processed, the tracking number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@insfired.com

 

4.) Where can I get my tracking number?

If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking about your order, it's likely they were marked as spam/junk in your mailbox or you have mistyped your email address. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list. You can also send us an email at support@insfired.com with your order number/ details and we will check for you.

 

5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by demand & product availability, geographic location of the seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

 

6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.

 

7.) How long does delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 14-20 business days for United States and 20-30 business days internationally. 

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
